all the kitties are great and each of course has a personality which is uniquely theirs..but what about an informal award for the cat who overcomes or improves the most say for the week, voted on by board users?
for instance, Derecho could have won one week because he might be having a hard week but still is determined when a cat goes beyond the situation they find themselves in...maybe a newbie comes in and manages to pull through something life threatening, or is a sweetheart when they have to have injections or surgery which may hurt.
could even have categories....the most heart/spirit, the most lovings, most ornery (but we love them all the more for it) , purr champion etc....
