About the cats

Post by keyshanajaxxan » Sun Jan 12, 2014 1:46 pm

I've been thinking for a while now, about doing a message-board type of thing with all the cats of FFRC in it. A section for the residents, with each one getting their own thread, starting with their story of how they came to FFRC, with updates on them, and letting members add their own pics or stories about these cats. One section in memory of those watching from the Rainbow Bridge, with what we know of them. One section for those adopted out, so we can have updates. One for the Porchies, One for the Covies, and one for those that are either available or soon to be available for adoption. Since this site supports sub-forums, is there any chance of starting work on something like this here? I'd be happy to work on it and set it up, if the sections and sub-sections were set up for me to start in. I know there is a bit in the main FFRC section now, but it is nothing much more than a picture of the cats in question. I'd like it to be a lot more in-depth.

I will see if I can reorganize the site for this. We have Residents/Porchies/Covies Oh my as a forum but maybe I need to change the organization so it is:
Forum FFRC Cats
Sub forums
Residents
Porchies
Covies
Adoptable 2014
Adopted Updates

???
Will that work?
Linda (I'm also FFRCAdmin) ~ Furkids Samantha and Tabitha 10 yr old Orangie Sisters.
I have two accounts for testing purposes....so if you see either FFRCAdmin or Gossamer that's me.

Thank you. I think a central source for us all to have info on each cat would be great. If you put covies, porchies, or residents in combined groups the lists will be looongg. :P

Good idea. There is also info on all the residents, porchies and covies on the FFRC website as well as the catandninetails.

I see you are in Ontario, do you ever get over to the speedway in Fontana. I do events there from time to time?

Bruce, that post you responded to is from April 2014, I doubt she will respond to your question. Just FYI
