Lucy: “Leo, is that our Momma Jo down there? And are those tears in her eyes??”
Leo: “Yes, that’s her. And yes, she is crying.”
Lucy: “But I thought she was feeling okay about us being here at The Rainbow Bridge.”
Leo: “She is, but another kitty named Paddy Cakes passed away suddenly last night and she is very sad.”
Lucy: “But, I thought she loved us bestest??”
Leo: “Oh, she did! But, like all the people in the FFRC Nation, there is more than enough love in her heart for other kitties, especially the kitties at FFRC that have been there a long time.”
Lucy: “Is this him coming now?”
Leo: “I think so. And that’s his twin brother, Paddy Purr. He got here the same day I did, June 22nd. His heart did the same thing Paddy Cakes’ heart did. It quit working.”
Lucy: “Look at them romp together! They are hugging and licking each other and running and jumping! They sure don’t have anything wrong with their hearts now!”
Leo: “Nope. There are no bad hearts up here, no illness, no injuries. Nothing up here but young, vibrant, healthy cats and kittens. That’s the way He wants it.”
Lucy: “Let’s go over and say hi to them. It looks like all their friends from before are going over, too.”
Leo: “Race ya!”
