1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 and 1/2 lbs beef chuck (hamburger) browned
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 and 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
1 regular size can of bean sprouts or chinese vegetables
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1/ and 1/2 hours. Serve with chinese noodles/chow mein noodles on top. Leftovers freeze ok for a few weeks, doesn't look as wonderful as fresh baked, but still delicious. Enjoy!
