Do you ever cook in a Crock-Pot?

Having low vision, I get burned quite often while cooking. But using the crock pot cuts down on my injuries a lot.
And you can cook just about anything in it. The only caveat is you must think ahead and plan what you will do.
I fixed chicken & rice for my son this past weekend, and he raved about it

Love crock-pot cooking - especially once our weather turns cooler and I can put dinner in the crockpot in the morning and come home at night to a meal ready to go!
