Hello ffrcnation members
You know me on the Kitty cam as Burgundy2...here I am josetteM.
I have been invited to publish a recipe by dewitty...so you will find in a few hours a typical peasant recipe, from centre of France, Auvergne called Gigot de 7 heures....translation: lambleg cooked for seven hours....
It is absolutely delicious and so easy to make....
I will write it under" Recipes" as dewitty suggested
