Age at Arrival: 18 weeks
Walter is the fourth CH kitty to arrive at FFRC. He was originally with another rescue – Almost Home Ohio – where he lived with his foster mom. His adoption picture was spotted by a volunteer who posted the link on the FFRC Chatters FaceBook page. One of the regular chatters then emailed Jacci to suggest a possible adoption by FFRC. Finally, paperwork completed and adoption approved, Jacci and Angie drove three hours to Ashland, Ohio to pick Walter up. Jacci has officially adopted him but he will stay out in the center. When he walks, Walter exhibits few symptoms of CH but has a noticeable head wobble and when he gets excited he can be hard to hold. Walter is also deaf but he is a happy kitty and has settled well into his new home. He loves to play.
