FFRC Happenings..

Today was Ada Jane's birthday, she is 19 years old or 93 in human years. She looks good for a 93 year old! Here is Ada Jane trying out the new stroller.

She likes it!

Zata found it was perfect for a nap.

The tall giant beanstalk had castor wheels put on it by Jimmy. The cats enjoyed climbing on it while it was on the floor and jumping from the beanstalk to the counter.

Elizabeth decided to have her hair cut and to donate it to charity. She selected Jacci to do the honors!

Considering Jacci is more used to shaving cat butts she didn't do a bad job.

Next up was Jimmy who went for a beard trim. He had to be brave!

Jacci then cleaned up the trim a little.

New cat Amparo spent the day out in the main area to meet the other cats and explore.

Lots of heppenings at FFRC today, the cats had a special breakfast of duck and later on had a special valentine's cake made of hamburger meat, turkey and salmon with a dash of baby food added. It was shared out between the inside cats, the porchies and the covies. They absolutely loved it and not a scrap was left!
Despite all the food around Ginger decided she was still hungry and decided to help herself.

Shamballie decided that this sort of antic was not for him and he left Ginger to it.

During boxes a beautiful quilt arrived, Jacci was most moved. Zata decided to climb up the quilt for a closer look as she could not resist its beauty.

Farrah was so exhausted from all the days antics that she fell asleep during boxes.

In Jacci's absence today the cats played heartily It was a busy day with lots of visitors and the cats loved every minute of it. When Jacci got back later and opened boxes LBG was returned.

Jacci gave us a quick update on the three Staten Island cats.

Joey, the special needs tabby, never used to come out to play.

[Sevren]

Jacci, Angie and Barb went to Staten Island to collect Thomas, Kitty Kat and Joey. They had a long journey and a very early start to their long day. When they got back to Fort Worth airport they were greeted by viewer Roverley and her son.

Here are the cats in Thumpers room. Thomas having something to eat.

After an enjoyable visit Barbwick will be leaving for home tomorrow. Yankeechick was kind enough to order a special ice cream cake for Barbwick!

Barb picked out a blanket for Yvonne.

New arrivals at FFRC, first kittens of the season. 3 boys and 1 girls. The girl is the lightest in colouring.
