What does FFRC need in a year to operate? 20,000 Cans of food. That's right! Twenty THOUSAND cans of food! Add too that 10,000 Pounds of Cat Litter, Oh My! That's a lot of scooping!
A Ton of Dry Cat Food, 1,200 Jars of Meat Only Baby Food and 1,000 Packets of Treats for Center Kitties, Barnies, Covies, and Porchies too. We have not even added in the cleaning supplies, trash & paper products or office supplies that are needed & the basic maintenance costs like electricity. And of course we need to include the costs of spaying, neutering & the medical costs for each cat that arrives at FFRC.

~Linda Kimble Long aka Goss has answered the question about how much Goodsearch/Goodbuy & Amazon contribute to FFRC. **If you are shopping at Amazon then the Amazon link gives back more than GoodSearch 1-2 percent vs 4-7 percent for Amazon link depending on what is purchased. When using the Amazon link on the FFRC site you will not see the total donated, Amazon is wacky sometimes they will credit partial sales and such depending on who is the merchant...so they don't show the donation amount to the buyers. We use an assortment of flea products--all that can be bought at a vet’s office---Frontline, Revolution, Advantage, Capstars.
Fragrance Free Baby Wipes- used to wash kittens & sick kitties. (Please ensure that they do Not have Alcohol) Aloe is Fine-Vitamin E is fine.
Sheba canned cat food is handy for cats that don't seem to like any other foods.
Good quality Canned or Dry cat food...first ingredient should be MEAT: Ekunaba, Purina One adult & kitten, Royal Canin, Science Diet dry and Wellness wet, Max, Core, Nutro natural choice wet and dry & Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover's Soul are good quality brands. Royal Canin has changed the ingredients in the (Kitten Dry Food). The first ingredient is now....by products.....not FFRC approved.!!! Instead, buy Royal Canin Mother and Babycat dry food. Jacci approved that one.
