🤣 NO CATS ARE HURT IN THE MAKING OF THIS CASSEROLE 🤣
1 large bag mixed vegetables
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
Ritz cracker crumbs, 1-1 1/2 tube(s), crushed
1 stick butter, melted (I use 1/2 stick)
Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain well.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix up cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs and butter, and place in a 2 quart casserole dish that's been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. (I add a little shredded cheddar on top before baking.) Spread over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
