Wolf's Almond Crescents

Almond Crescents

Butter 417grams
Confectioners Sugar 208 grams
Salt 7 grams
Vanilla Extract 31 grams
Flour 521 grams
Ground Almonds 261 grams

Mixing: Cramming Method
Cream butter
Mix in powdered sugar too smooth consistency
Add salt and vanilla extract and mix
Mix in sifted flour 1/3rd at a time
fold in Almond

Roll into 1/2 oz. balls and then roll into logs about 1/4 inch thick.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bend into a crescent shape.
After cookies have cooled, coat with powdered sugar.
Back at 350 for 20 minutes

BTW, I believe I asked Wolfpatch and he said his recipe makes 10 Dozen cookies. But they freeze well, or you can cut recipe in half :)
